Field Engineer — Construction & Utilities Location: Barceloneta, Puerto Rico (On-site) Start: ASAP Role Overview Provide hands-on engineering support for construction and utilities in cleanroom settings (non-electrical scope). You will perform daily field walks, validate drawings/specs against actual conditions, and coordinate owners and contractors to keep work safe, compliant, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Perform AM/PM field checks to verify installation against drawings, specifications, and the approved schedule. Coordinate work fronts across multiple areas; stage materials, permits, access, and required training. Support equipment activities for new and existing assets with Validation and Operations. Maintain construction and inspection logs, punch lists, and redlines; escalate risks early and drive closure. Uphold EHS/Security and cleanroom practices; support readiness for walk-downs and turnover. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong hands-on field experience considered. Field coordination experience in pharma/industrial construction or utilities with cleanroom exposure. Clear communication with area owners and trades; strong documentation discipline. Proficiency with basic scheduling and office tools (MS Project, Excel, Word); day-shift availability (7–5). Preferred Experience with submittals/RFIs, change order support, and basic commissioning/verification activities.
