This position is based in Northern Virginia, with responsibilities extending nationwide. The PM will oversee a multi-faceted operation and serve as the primary interface with the customer and associated contractors. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to ensure mission success across geographically dispersed teams.\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\nLead and manage all aspects of program execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for the customer and coordinate closely with partner contractors\r\nDevelop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training plans for team members\r\nOversee onboarding and training of new personnel\r\nCoordinate and support operational readiness exercises, training events, and testing activities across CONUS\r\nManage program activities associated with a new facility currently under construction\r\nEnsure effective communication, risk management, and performance tracking across the program\r\nAdditional Requirements:\r\nWillingness to travel for operational exercises, training, and testing as needed\r\nAbility to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders\r\nClearance Requirements: TS/SCI with POLY Required Skills:\r\n12+ years of experience leading small teams in dynamic, high-stress environments\r\nDemonstrated ability to educate, lead, and influence cross-functional teams\r\nExperience implementing integrated change management initiatives across a global organization\r\nStrong ability to distill and communicate complex information clearly to all organizational levels\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collaboration tools\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels\r\nDesired Skills:\r\nPrior military operational experience\r\nEducation:\r\nBachelors or Master's degree from an accredited college or university\r\nAt Nightwing, we value collaboration and teamwork.
