To learn more, please visit: https://www.NFP.com.\nSummary:\nAs the Implementation Analyst at NFP, you will be responsible for supporting the Implementation Leads in converting data from legacy operating systems to NFP’s standard Operating systems. You will report directly to the Director of Data Conversions.\nNote: This is a fully remote.\nResponsibilities:\nObtain data from source systems in various different formats. Must be able to format the data into a standard template, often using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL, Alteryx or other analytics applications.\nCollaborate with the agency and/or Project leads to facilitate cleanup and complete mapping/translating the data from source to destination.\nAssist with the preparation and formatting of Carrier and Employee lists for discussions with the agency, finalize information for mappings, and configuration setup in the agency management system.\nMay be required to attend on-site events with the agency during specific points in the implementation process.\nValidate data using various reports and conversion tools to determine any conversion issues or further cleanup as needed.\nFacilitate data reviews to ensure on-time completion and data quality.\nBecome knowledgeable in the flow of information (data/documents/transactions/messages).\nTrack conversion issues to ensure these are reported, fixed and validated.\nCollaborate with the development team on any tooling requirements for conversion projects.\nEnsure various milestones are met in accordance with the project plan and timeline.\nRequirements\n2-3 years Brokerage / Insurance Agency Management System experience.\nA Bachelor’s degree or higher.\nAbility to travel up to 20%.\nOccasional after hours and weekend work will be required.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including lookups, other formulas and pivot tables.\nStrong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to drive tasks to completion without major oversight.\nAbility to take on a variety of projects and adapt to changing business needs.\nProfessional presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to consider tasks from multiple angles to produce robust analyses.\nPreferred Requirements\nAlteryx experience.\nMicrosoft SQL Server experience.\nExperience with conversion of data from one system to another.\nPrior involvement with a large organization’s system implementation.\nReside within the East Coast time zone.\nWhat We Offer\nWe're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more.
