This role works closely with project managers, technical staff, and internal departments to assist with scheduling, documentation, communication, and resource coordination. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining project tracking systems, supporting client deliverables, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. #LI-KD1 #LI-Onsite\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead the end-to-end planning and execution of business integration projects, including mergers, acquisitions, system transitions, and process realignments.\nCoordinate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Operations) to align integration goals with functional requirements and timelines.\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring clear scope definition, task assignments, and milestone tracking.\nIdentify potential risks and dependencies, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.\nMonitor project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.\nFacilitate regular project meetings, document progress, and ensure consistent stakeholder communication and alignment.\nCollaborate with change management and training teams to support adoption and continuity across affected business units.\nEnsure documentation, reporting, and handoff of integrated processes and tools are completed accurately and on schedule.\nContribute to post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement for future integrations.\nThe position involves performing data entry, and engaging in frequent communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.\nThe role involves regular communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both in person and through virtual platforms.\n\nJob Responsibilities Note:\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. UES retains the right to add to or change the duties of the position at any time.\nQualifications:\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.\n2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or operations within a technical or service-based industry.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com) is a plus.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with engineering, construction, or environmental services terminology and workflows is preferred.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment:\nThis position primarily operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to work at a desk for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.\nThe physical demands of the job may include occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds.\nTravel Requirements:\nThis position does not require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasional\ntravel may be required, up to 10%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or\ncompany events.
