As an experienced Electrical Superintendent, you will support a data center project in Baton Rouge, LA, leading daily scheduling and planning, ensuring materials, equipment, and personnel are available, and upholding safety, health, and environmental standards.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site.\n\nCoordinate materials, equipment, and personnel to meet project deadlines.\n\nEnsure safety, health, and environmental standards are maintained.\n\nManage contractor performance and foster team alignment.\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.\n\n10+ years of construction site experience.\n\n9+ years of auxiliary systems experience (Fire Alarm, Access Controls, CCTV, Security).\n\nPrior experience managing contractors.\n\nPrior experience working on data center projects (preferred).\n\nElectronics background with prior industrial site experience.\n\nBenefits\nEmployees have access to medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discount.
