Structural Designer--LNG ProjectPosition OverviewAn established engineering organization supporting industrial and energy projects is seeking a Structural Designer to join its team in Houston, TX. This role will support structural and civil design efforts for EPC projects while collaborating closely with engineering and construction teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and constructible solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop structural and civil design deliverables for industrial projectsSupport engineering and construction teams throughout project executionInterpret and apply applicable industry codes and standardsMaintain accuracy and attention to detail across all assignmentsCommunicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholdersManage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlinesParticipate in design reviews and continuous improvement effortsQualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent relevant experience preferredMinimum 2+ years of structural or civil design experienceExperience supporting industrial, oil & gas, energy, or EPC projects preferredAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with industry-standard drafting and design softwareAbility to work independently and within a team environment
