This role gives you hands‑on experience at the intersection of technical operations and product — working with our technical and business teams to resolve issues and improve the payment experience for businesses worldwide.\n\nWhat you’ll own\n\nAnalyzing incoming client requests and finding effective solutions\n\nCollaborating closely with product and technical teams inside the company\n\nCommunicating with client representatives to resolve technical issues related to our product\n\nWorking with product documentation and keeping it up to date\n\nYou’re a great fit if you have\n\nBachelor’s in Applied Mathematics / Systems Analysis / Software Engineering / related field (completed or in progress)\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nEnglish proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher\n\nKnowledge of SQL\n\nNice to have\n\nSelf-starter — you can own your projects and take full responsibility for your area\n\nPractical experience with Postman and Python\n\nWhy Solidgate?\n\nNo internships here — we build careers.
