TRIAEM is proactively building a pipeline of experienced Program Managers for upcoming Department of Defense and Intelligence Community contract opportunities.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nLead the successful execution of complex federal contracts and task orders from transition through contract performance.\n\nServe as the primary management point of contact for Government program, contracting, and technical representatives.\n\nDirect and mentor geographically dispersed teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.\n\nOversee staffing, recruiting, subcontractor management, workforce continuity, and employee performance.\n\nManage program execution to meet customer expectations for cost, schedule, quality, and performance.\n\nMonitor program financial performance, labor utilization, forecasting, and contract health.\n\nIdentify and mitigate program risks while implementing proactive solutions.\n\nDevelop and present executive-level program reviews, status briefings, and performance updates.\n\nBuild strong customer relationships while ensuring outstanding mission support across multiple functional organizations.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.\n\nMinimum of 7+ years of experience leading Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) acquisition and program management efforts.\n\nDemonstrated success managing complex federal contracts or task orders supporting U.S. Government customers.\n\nExperience leading multidisciplinary teams within professional services or mission support environments.\n\nStrong background managing contract execution, staffing, subcontractors, financial performance, customer relationships, and program delivery.\n\nExperience overseeing program schedules, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.\n\nActive Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and willingness to complete additional security processing if required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Department of Defense, or Intelligence Community customers.\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.\n\nExperience managing geographically dispersed cleared workforces.\n\nKnowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), federal contract administration, and acquisition lifecycle management.\n\nExperience supporting transition planning, workforce mobilization, and organizational growth.\n\nDemonstrated success building and retaining high-performing teams in dynamic mission environments.\n\nSalary Range\n\nThe anticipated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $250,000, depending on experience.
