{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"044dd123a28ccc82d5c7788f","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/044dd123a28ccc82d5c7788f","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/044dd123a28ccc82d5c7788f","title":"LTSS and Dual Eligible Program Manager","description":"Job Summary:\n\nThe LTSS and Dual Eligible Program Manager is responsible for managing large-scale portfolio programs aligned to strategic objectives that include multiple projects.\n\nEssential Functions:\nResponsible for successful delivery of LTSS and Dual Eligible programs\nUnderstand the LTSS and Dual Eligible programs to ensure effective cross functional coordination throughout the organization\nEnsure program milestone deliverables are completed and approved at every stage of the program lifecycle\nAssist with the continuous improvement of program / project management best practices, processes, and tools\nResponsible for ensuring program closure activities are completed\nLead stakeholders in the refinement of the program design\nCollaborate with functional owners on the identification and assignment of resources\nCollaborate with IT and EPMO on the identification and assignment of IT resources\nEnsure compliance to LTSS requirements\nCapture and consolidate LTSS Program KPIs\nAssess, manage, and control program scope, schedule, and change impacts\nWork closely with business executives to ensure assigned programs aligns with business strategy and are properly funded, resourced, and managed\nMaintain program stakeholder matrix\nDrive cross-functional communication between impacted business\nWork with Talent Development and Communications to develop project communication and training plans\nEnsure effective communication across project managers and business analysts\nFacilitate and drive Program Stakeholder meetings\nRepresent program in governance meetings\nReview and approved program meeting minutes\nProvide regular reporting and maintain ongoing communications to senior management, stakeholders and executive sponsors\nTrack, compile and report program metrics and budget\nIdentify, log, and manage risk, implement mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and communicate/escalate to stakeholders\nMaintain program RAID\nIdentify, log, assign and resolve or escalate program issues, hindrances, and blockers using company best practices\nResponsible for quality or program SharePoint site and program document repository\nProduce detailed reports, business decision documents, meeting minutes, and notification on assigned program\nDevelop program operations and support plan\nPerforms any other job related duties as requested.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science or related field required\nMaster's degree in related field preferred\nEquivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education\nThree (3) years program management experience required\nCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills:\nExcellent proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, Outlook, etc.\nExperience working in project management software is required\nDemonstrates excellent analysis and reporting skills\nExcellent decision making/problem solving skills\nExceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills\nExcellent critical listening and thinking skills\nProven ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization of management within and externally to the organization\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nCustomer service oriented\nAbility to shape the approach to needed results and gain consensus of the approach\nAbility to proactively, effectively and efficiently lead a project team of 20+ core members and multiple vendors\nExperience managing a project of up to $10M+ in budget\nProven ability to prioritize work and team assignments to deliver projects on time, on budget, and meeting stakeholders expectations\nDemonstrates a sense of urgency\nDeep understanding of project management processes, techniques and tools, and development lifecycle (ideally Agile)\nStrong experience in the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare\nLicensure and Certification:\nNone required\nWorking Conditions:\nGeneral office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time\nTravel is not typically required\nCompensation Range:\n$113,000.00 - $197,700.00\nCareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
