L2 Support Analyst

Job Title: L2 Operational analyst with Aladdin platform experienceLocation: Boston, MADuration: FulltimeSkills : ITILSalary: 110K - 120K/YearRoles and Responsibilities:Aladdin - Blackrock experience including administration and L2 support working with the vendorService Management and ITIL process knowledge and experience in handling L2 support role and handling vendorL2 incident management for investment applications, trading venues, file ingestion and 3rd party leased line connectivity for US regional servicesAsset Management Domain Knowledge and L2 support experience for Asset management applicationsHave a good understanding of Fixed Income, Equity, Derivatives and Alternatives products and how they are modeled and traded in Aladdin.Support client/user requests related to the AladdinExcellent communication and presentation skills. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to develop good working relationships with partners.Good understanding of SQL to help dive into Aladdin Database for investigations.Technical skills (UNIX, Python and PERL) are preferred but not necessary.Must be detail orientated, possess initiative and work well under pressure.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
