This is a great opportunity to join a high-quality production environment with the potential to convert to a long-term permanent position.Location: Fully onsite in Aliso Viejo, CAJob Type: Temp-to-HirePay: $20-$23/hourSchedule: Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PMPerks & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay with opportunity for conversionAccess to comprehensive benefits upon hireClean, organized, and team-focused work environmentOpportunity to gain experience within the medical device industryKey Responsibilities:Assemble electronic and mechanical components using written instructions, schematics, and drawingsDemonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of assembly, including accurate labeling, precise counting, and thorough self-inspection to ensure error-free workPerform precise hand assembly using small tools and equipmentFollow established production processes, procedures, and quality standardsConduct detailed visual inspections to ensure accuracy, workmanship, and complianceDocument completed work and maintain accurate production recordsMaintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environmentIdentify and escalate assembly issues, defects, or process concernsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targetsQualifications:2+ years of experience in medical device assembly or electronic manufacturingStrong manual dexterity and ability to perform detailed, repetitive tasksHigh attention to detail with the ability to follow written instructions preciselyExperience working with small components, tools, and assembly equipmentAbility to lift up to 20 lbsFamiliarity with GMP, ISO, or regulated environments is a plus If you are a detail-driven assembler looking to grow within the medical device industry, apply today to be considered.
