Senior Accountant Consultant

Position: Senior Accountant ConsultantCompensation: $85,000 - $90,000 (Annualized / Contract Equivalent)Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite (Monday-Friday)A well-established organization is seeking a Senior Accountant Consultant to support day-to-day accounting operations while bringing structure, accuracy, and efficiency to the team. The Senior Accountant Consultant will play a key role in both transactional accounting and month-end support, helping strengthen overall financial processes.What You'll Do:Lead AP & AR processes (invoicing, payments, collections)Own general ledger activity and journal entries as the Senior Accountant ConsultantSupport month-end close and reportingPerform and review account reconciliations, resolving discrepanciesHandle multi-entity and intercompany accountingWork within QuickBooks and Visual ERP systemsPartner with operations on cost tracking and allocationsMaintain organized, audit-ready financial records (GAAP compliant)Assist with financial reporting and variance analysisIdentify and support process improvements across accounting functions What You Bring:4-6+ years of accounting experience (AP/AR + GL required)Strong month-end close and reconciliation experienceExperience in a consulting or fast-paced environment preferredProficiency in QuickBooks, Visual ERP, and ExcelSolid understanding of GAAP principlesHigh attention to detail and strong organizationAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesSelf-starter who can step in and add immediate value Why This Role:Hands-on + strategic exposureHigh-impact consulting opportunityCollaborative, team-oriented environment#INAPR2026
