Once full operations commence, Golden Pass LNG will become the second largest consumer of natural gas in the US and produce more than 200 cargos of LNG per annum.Job Summary / PurposeThe Maintenance Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing Master Data that is fundamental to business processes. The analyst shall ensure data quality and integrity, compliance, data governance and consistency of master data across business systems. The Analyst will be an interface between IT and maintenance team and work invariably to create and maintain MM & PM master data. Co-ordinate the master data management for analyzing and incorporating changes, new additions, updating, and deletions. This role will also be liaison with internal and external parties and will interface directly with Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse stake holders.Essential Duties / Functions Technical LeadershipFunction as an SME for implementation of Maintenance-related system solutions in SAPReview and implement changes in master data to optimize Maintenance execution efficiencyParticipate in change-management process to evaluate technical impact and implement updates in SAPBusiness Process Owner of Master Data ranging from new creation, change management, and deletion through established processes including mass change programsParticipate in enhancing process for SAP improvements per business requirements including integrations and upgradesInterface between IT and Maintenance team coordinating the data flow as per business requirementsTeach and instruct technicians and engineers on technology changes and new work processesMaster Data Management in SAP PM/MM. Ensuring the quality of data as per standards Reliability and OptimizationFacilitate Equipment Performance evaluation such as conducting FMEA, Historic failures’ review, incorporating the updated maintenance tasks / procedures in SAP PMMigration of data into SAP from legacy / standalone systems such as Pi, PCMS etcTrack changes in field and incorporate the changes in data, drawings and master data for standardization across GPLNG data structureReview breakdown & corrective maintenance data and address gaps in maintenance tasks and spare parts requirements ensuring equipment availabilitySetting-up spare parts data to facilitate inventory planning. Review stock levels and adjust MRP settings of materialsCoordinate spare parts cycle count and update inventory levels based on materials’ demandVendor engagement to confirm obsolete / superseded parts in Material Master and perform necessary changes in inventory and work order dataNew Master data creation such as FLOC, Equipment, Task list, Maintenance Plans, Material Master records and BOMMaintenance Budget Management and interface with various stake holders Compliance and DocumentationAssist in generating and maintaining accurate maintenance reports, logs, and records, including monthly reports, work history, and system auditsAssist field team in maintaining documentation including inspection recordsSupport internal and external audits with technical documentation and field evidencePreparing goals, objectives, and stewardship plansEnsure contracts comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsFocal point for Exception, Exclusions, deferrals and FIMS Mentorship & TrainingTrain Maintenance personnel and engineers on system usage, reporting, and best practicesDevelop user guides, SOPs, and training material tailored to different rolesMentor team in data analysis and system navigation Innovation and TechnologyEvaluate and recommend new toolsLead digital transformation initiativesProvide strategic recommendations on system performance, reliability, and efficiencyMaintain active collaboration with IT and technology vendorsMinimum RequirementsMinimum education required of the positionBachelor’s or associate degree or relevant technical discipline or equivalent work experienceMinimum Experience Required Of The Position8+ years in Master data management in Oil & Gas industriesMinimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required Of The PositionExperience in data mining, master data governance, standardization and data visualizationExperience with schematics, blueprints, and P&IDsExperience in petroleum or chemical manufacturing facility or an LNG facility is preferredProficiency in CMMS (SAP S4 Hana), data analytics tools, and MS office suiteMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to create a strong team environmentSelf-starter with ability to work strategically under little directionAbility to focus on meeting/exceeding performance parametersStrong attention to detailsRequired Job Competencies for this positionExperience in SAP PM & MM modulesExperience in PM and MM modules ranging from Asset Register, Maintenance Tasks/Task/list/Components/Items/Plans, Bill of materials, Material Master, Obsolescence managementAdvanced analytical skills in Asset Management, trend identification and forecastingStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work in high-pressure environments and make critical decisionsWorking ConditionsOffice environment.
