DevOps Engineer will collaborate with software developers, system operators and other IT staff members to manage development or deployment processes productively. Responsible for multitasking and dealing with multiple urgent situations at a time, the Devops Engineers must be extremely flexible.\n\nYour role in our mission\nDevelops and maintains account/region standards and procedures to ensure that configuration management controls are capable of supporting deployment activities and implementations to meet business needs.\nInterprets configuration management activities and tools as defined for the account and applies them to project activities. Works with the project manager to develop configuration management plans, milestones, and schedules for projects. Revises and assists in implementing new strategies as appropriate.\nDecomposes configuration items into appropriate configuration units for the specific projects or tasks. Identifies problem issues and recommends solutions as appropriate.\nEnsures version control integrity for software and non-software components by reviewing account requirements. Establishes approach for resolving discrepancies to ensure requirements are met.\nPerforms audits for projects or accounts according to the configuration management plans. Ensures baselines are established and approved by the appropriate control board.\nDevelops initial technical installation guidelines and other documentation of hardware and software standards to facilitate tracking. Assists customers and support personnel in understanding product configuration.\nExperience with infrastructure automation tools\nFluency in web languages\nMust be able to write code to automate repeatable processes\nDevelop scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms\nProficient with continuous integration tools\nWork with development teams and/or Release Manager to understand impacts of branches and code merges\nContinually work towards making improvements in the release process\nResearch new software development and configuration management methodologies and technologies and analyzes their application to current configuration management needs\nInterface with various in-house teams as you create cutting edge mobile first and SaaS-based products\nDevelop infrastructure as code to support our growing PaaS, cloud-based platform\nAssists lead personnel for assigned accounts/regions.\nProvides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.\nWhat we're looking for\nSix or more years of configuration analysis experience\nExperience working with distributed computer systems, software and associated communication networks\nExperience working with networking principles and local area networks\nExperience working with company software and hardware products\nMust have 3 – 5 years of container experience\nExtensive knowledge of software build cycles\nExperience deploying code\nWhat you should expect in this role\nFully Remote Opportunity – Work from anywhere in the U.S.\nMinimal Travel Required – Occasional travel opportunities (0-10%).\nVideo cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation\nThe deadline to submit applications for this posting is October 30, 2026\n\n#LI-GD1\n\n#LI-REMOTE\n\nThe pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $121,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
