Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Staff member at our Colorado City, AZ location. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, taking and serving food and drink orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting the daily operations of the restaurant. The role also involves working collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively.Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Customer service experience or a passion for providing exceptional service to guests.Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.Physical stamina for tasks like standing for extended periods and carrying or lifting moderate weights.Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus, though not required.Commitment to Waffle House's values of positivity, respect, and teamwork.
