Administrative Assistant
About the Role: As an Administrative Assistant at InterLinc Mortgage, you are a trusted professional who plays a critical role as a source of support for the Branch Manager, carrying out duties for the day-to-day operations of office to aid in its continued growth and development. This role is both highly detail-oriented and highly relational. You will provide concierge-level customer service by managing the communications and scheduling for Regional Management, responding to questions accurately and in a timely manner. You will also assist the Branch Relationship Manager in the management of regional contracts and agreements, requiring excellent phone etiquette to convey information and ideas politely in language the caller best understands. Overall, you serve as a key point of contact projecting professionalism, warmth, and a solutions-focused mindset with every interaction.Success in this role means:Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers, fostering communication between InterLinc and account representatives.Achieving results with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.
