Human Resources Analyst I Education A Bachelor's degree in human resources, public or business administration, industrial relations, organizational psychology, or related field is required.  Experience: One year of professional level human resources experience that demonstrates application of the above knowledge, skills and abilities in either the private or public sector is required.   Public sector experience is preferred.   Four years as a human resources technician that demonstrates application of the above knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted for the one year of professional level experience. Human Resources Analyst II Education A Bachelor's degree in human resources, public or business administration, industrial relations, organizational psychology, or related field is required.  Experience In addition to the Human Resources Analyst I experience requirements, two years of professional experience equivalent to that of a Human Resources Analyst I with the City of Fairfield. LICENSE AND/OR CERTIFICATE (required for both levels): Possession of a valid Class C California Driver's License is required; possession of a valid equivalent is acceptable during the application process. Associate in Risk Management certificate is desirable, but not required.
