We are a collaborative team interested in growing our expertise and influence to shape sustainable neighborhood and community settings.\r\nWe are searching for a Project Architect with 10+ years of experience across a variety of building types, including multifamily housing. The ideal candidate will have prior project management experience; be detail-oriented with knowledge of various funding sources and the building and zoning codes that regulate affordable housing.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities\r\nLead and manage the technical development of projects from conception through construction.
