Drive significant business impact through your capabilities and contributions, and apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of challenges that span multiple technologies and applications.\r\nJob Responsibilities\r\nLeading modernization / transformation activities for legacy components of your products.\r\nWorking with Product Owners, Application Product Owners within and outside your Product.\r\nManaging Change Management - Making decisions and approval of all changes, assess risk/benefit, and coordinate with Chase business teams.\r\nParticipate in all aspects of the software development process including requirements, designing, coding, unit testing, quality assurance, and deployment.\r\nUse the agile software development methodologies such as SCRUM, for quick turnaround time.\r\nPerform code commits, hands on triage and break fix (level 3 support), adhoc reporting, code walk-throughs, and core processing internal wellness checks.\r\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\r\nFormal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of hands-on experience.\r\nAt least 15+ years of hands-on software development experience.\r\nProficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages Core Java, Spring frameworks, REST API, Cloud, Micro services.\r\nExtensive experience in a senior leadership role.\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\r\nUnderstanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement.\r\nExperience with the following development and build tools (or similar): IntelliJ/Eclipse, Maven, BitBucket/Git/Gitflow, JMeter/Pasta/Blazemeter, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, MVC and Spring Cloud.\r\nGood analytical and technical problem-solving skills.\r\nGood written and oral communication capabilities.\r\nAbility to quickly learn new product or skill, enthusiastic about emerging technologies.\r\nShould possess skills such as strategic thinking, effective leadership, financial expertise, strong relationship management, and adaptability to change.\r\nPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\r\nExperience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, React and other web technologies.\r\nExperience in Unix Shell Scripts, API Gateways, Apache Kafka, Cassandra, NoSQL.\r\nRelevant industry experience preferred.\r\nBenefits\r\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location.
