This position will work closely with our Project Management team and Ownership to ensure that all project requirements are met on each project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods, equipment, and techniques on Public Works Projects in the State of Arizona.\nMust be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods of time.\nJob Duties include:\nProject Planning and Control\nEstimating, obtain price quotes, take-offs, site visits and other duties as required\nProduce, forward, and track Submittals, ensuring that the material submitted meets Owner Specifications\nTrack Project Progress and Change Orders, RFI, Progress billing, schedule updates, Material Invoice Approvals, and general project administration.\nJob Requirements:\nBS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other equivalent program\nA minimum of 3 years experience working on Public Works Projects\nExperience with Microsoft Office, Procore, HCSS or other equivalent project control software.\nMust be able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications and able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, co-workers, and supervisors.\nMust be able to work independently with little supervision or as part of a team.\nPossess a Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record\nThis position required Travel, up to 25%\nCompany Pick-up, Laptop and cell phone provided.\nNo calls, please.
