Managers oversee day-to-day engagement delivery, mentor Consultants, collaborate with senior client stakeholders, and serve as trusted advisors in delivering data-driven solutions that improve business processes, reporting, automation, and decision-making.\n\nWhat you might expect:\nLead data analytics, automation, and business transformation engagements across a variety of industries.\nManage the design, development, and implementation of dashboards, reports, analytics solutions, and workflow automation initiatives.\nLead the transformation, validation, and analysis of financial, accounting, operational, and transactional datasets to deliver actionable insights that improve business performance, reporting quality, and executive decision-making.\nPartner with CFOs, Controllers, FP&A leaders, business executives, and technology stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable data, reporting, automation, and analytics solutions.\nManage cross-functional projects involving finance, accounting, FP&A, operational reporting, technology implementations, and business transformation initiatives.\nDevelop and review executive-ready analyses, dashboards, presentations, and reporting packages that help finance and business leaders make informed strategic and operational decisions.\nLead process improvement initiatives and implementation of analytics, automation, and reporting solutions.\nMentor Consultants by providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.\nParticipate in proposal development, client relationship management, and business development initiatives.\n\nWhat you must have:\n5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, business transformation, finance transformation, data engineering, analytics consulting, and/or technology consulting.\nExperience leading finance and accounting data analytics, automation, reporting, or business intelligence initiatives that support financial planning, controllership, operational finance, business performance management, or executive decision-making.\nExperience managing cross-functional projects and delivering data-driven business solutions for internal or external stakeholders.\n\nWhat sets you apart:\nExperience interpreting accounting, finance, and operational processes and translating business requirements into data models, analytics solutions, dashboarding strategies, automation workflows, and technology roadmaps.\nExperience leading analytics solutions using one or more business intelligence platforms, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.\nExperience leading workflow automation, ETL, or process automation initiatives using Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar technologies.\nExperience programming with Python, SQL, R, or other analytics-focused programming languages to develop scalable business solutions.\nExperience working with relational databases, cloud data platforms, data engineering, data modeling, or solution architecture technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.\nExperience partnering with finance, accounting, FP&A, and operational leaders to improve reporting, automate key processes, establish trusted data foundations, and enable data-driven decision-making.\nExperience leading project teams, mentoring junior professionals, and serving as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders.\n\nNice to have:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.\nCPA or other relevant professional certification.\nExperience with predictive analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics solutions.\nExperience managing enterprise reporting environments, digital transformation initiatives, or large-scale data modernization projects.\n\nWho thrives here:\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across client and engagement teams.\nProactive in identifying client needs and developing trusted client relationships.\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.\nEntrepreneurial, self-motivated, adaptable, ethical, and dependable.\nHigh energy with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service while mentoring and developing junior team members.\nWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
