It is the reason we will succeed together.Job SummaryThe LI EI Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of the Early Intervention service delivery across the Long Island region.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintain oversight of LI EI services provision and ensure adherence to company, county, and NYS Early Intervention regulationsAnalyze, monitor, and manage system reports to ensure timely and consistent delivery of therapeutic services in compliance with IFSP authorizationsAnalyze provider clinical fulfillment to ensure children receive services as authorizedEnsure services start on timely matter.Work collaboratively with DOH officials, providers, families, and service coordinators to problem-solve and optimize attendanceMaintain clear, concise documentation in the case activity logFoster a positive, collaborative provider culture consistent with Achieve Beyond’ s mission and valuesAnalyze key program metrics on a regular basis; identify trends, flag variances, and implement or recommend operational changes to address gaps and improve performance.Work collaboratively with Credentialing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable departmentsPrepare bi-weekly dashboard emails and contribute data to monthly dashboard meetings reporting on program statusOther duties as assigned by ManagerEducation And/or Work Experience RequirementsIndividual Must hold a valid certification in Special Education or Masters in Social Work to ensure clinical competenceMinimum 2-3 years of experience in the Early Intervention Program preferredExperience in a supervisory or management role preferredProficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and EI-related data systemsQualifications And Other RequirementsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentComfort with data review and performance reportingAbility to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholdersPhysical Requirements Of The RoleMust be able to travel to and from assigned work events, including driving a personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportationOccasionally ascends/descends stairs at work locationsOccasionally moves and/or lifts objects at work weighing up to 20 poundsMust be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time (up to 90% of the workday) working on a computer or electronic deviceAbility to observe details at close range and communicate information accurately in all work situations
