Ensuring gateway installed and maintained on fleet and other equipment. Monitory Samsara daily to ensure fleet and driver safety and compliance.\nCoordinate with Operations to ensure fleet compliance and gateway health of our Samsara units.\nConduct audits at facility locations for compliance with FMCSA driver files and equipment.\nKeep Senior Leadership informed of fleet and Samsara compliance.\nProvide weekly report to operations regarding fleet and driver compliance.\nBe proficient in the use of Word, Power Point and Excel computer programs, televisions, digital & single lens reflex cameras, multi-media projectors, and computers for course deliveries.\n\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS\n\nCOMPETENCIES\n\nCommunication Proficiency\nJudgement & Decision Making\nEthical Conduct\nTechnical Capacity\nThoroughness\nTime Management\nMaterial Resource Management\nComputer Proficiency\n\nPREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nAt least 5 years of experience dealing with FMCSA regulations.\nKnowledge working with Samsara a plus.\nExcellent oral communication skills.\nProblem solving and analytical skills.\nTime Management.\nOrganizational Skills.\n\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS & DEMANDS\n\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY\n\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.\n\nPOSITION TYPE & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK\n\nThis is a full-time position.
