Together, we're creating innovative solutions that make buildings safer, more energy efficient, and more sustainable for future generations.\n\nJoin us and make a difference!\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nOperate powered industrial trucks to move materials and products to and from storage areas and machines, supply machines with raw materials, remove and empty scrap hoppers and stage finished products in staging areas.\n\n What We’re Looking For:\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nGood math, English language and reading skills; basic computer skills may be required\nHigh degree of attention required to prevent injury to self or others; promote a safe work environment\nFollow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records\nExecute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner\nMaintain a clean & safe environment\nMay be required to use RF scanner gun\nValid state motor vehicle operator’s license may be required\nForklift certification per OSHA standards\n\n What You’ll Do:\n\nObtains copy of production schedule and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas and machines in the facility\nUnloading raw materials from trucks or rail containers\nMoving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the factory\nStacking goods in the correct staging areas, following inventory control instructions\nStacking empty pallets\nPerforming daily equipment checks such as watering the truck’s battery\nDumping materials into scrap hoppers\nOther activities as assigned\n\nWhat we offer\n\nCompetitive Pay\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage beginning Day 1\n401K with company match up to 6%\nPaid Time Off and 12 paid holidays\nPaid parental leave.\nTuition reimbursement and career development opportunities\nWellness Perks: Fitness reimbursement and EAP access.\nSafety First: Company-provided PPE and programs to keep you protected.\n\nBenefits may vary by location and position.
