Reports to the Marketing Director and Promotions Manager. The resulting creation of wealth will grow opportunities for all.Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development, coordination, and execution of promotions and special events, including hosting/presenting, event staffing, vendor coordination, signage placement, and logistical supportHelp develop new and engaging promotional concepts to enhance guest participation and experienceAct as an entertainer (presenter) as neededComplete required paperwork and reporting related to promotions, including winner documentation, releases, and IRS 1099 formsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and proper distribution of internal promotional documents and marketing collateral throughout the propertyDevelop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and web channelsCreate, edit, and proofread engaging content for marketing materials and social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and FacebookManage email marketing campaigns and content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and distribution of marketing assetsSupport in-house Marketing and Creative Services teams by coordinating job initiation, trafficking, approvals, and production timelinesCommunicate with internal stakeholders to gather required information and ensure successful completion of marketing projectsMonitor, update, and maintain the company website, social media platforms, and on-property digital mediaStay current on digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly within the gaming sectorProvide excellent guest service aligned with the GETT standards; fill in for the Manager when unavailableOther duties and responsibilities as assignedJob Requirements (Please Ensure You Meet The Listed Requirements Prior To Applying)Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older - requiredHigh School diploma or GED required, or currently enrolled and able to successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment - requiredBachelor's degree in a related field requiredOR Two (2) years of progressive marketing experience in a specialist, assistant, or similar roleProficiency in computer applications, including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and basic graphic capabilities; a skills test will be administered, and candidates must achieve a minimum 70% passing score - requiredDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in both English and Spanish - requiredMust successfully pass an interview panel assessing communication skills, guest service skills, and demonstrated outgoing, friendly, and positive demeanor; job audition - requiredAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, and to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, external vendors, and agenciesDetail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and quality and accuracy standardsAbility to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentAbility to maintain professionalism, composure, and a positive attitudeWilling to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysWilling to travel and participate in training as recommended or requiredMust have a valid and current State Driver's License and an insurable driving record for purposes of driving company vehicles as requiredMust have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Florida Statutes and remain in good standing with the Florida Gaming Control Commission as a requirement for this positionMust have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environmentOn-line applications are accepted at http://www.windcreekhospitality.com/Careers.
