This role focuses on developing scalable, production-grade AI systems using foundation models and large language models (LLMs) to solve complex business problems across structured and unstructured data.Location: Phoenix, AZDuration: 11 monthsKey Responsibilities:Design and implement agentic AI systems, including prompt engineering, tool orchestration, RAG pipelines, and reasoning workflowsBuild end-to-end AI pipelines (data ingestion, embeddings, model APIs, orchestration, and enterprise integrations)Collaborate with AI Tech Leads and product teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutionsRapidly prototype and iterate on AI use cases with controlled deployment strategiesImplement observability, evaluation metrics, guardrails, and performance tuning for AI systemsEnsure enterprise readiness through documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational supportRequired Skills:Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworksProficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face)Hands-on experience with NLP and at least one domain (image, video, or voice processing)Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and model evaluation techniquesFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer)Strong data skills using Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and KubernetesKnowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)Experience:5+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, or related rolesProven track record delivering AI solutions from prototype to productionExperience working in enterprise-scale, distributed environmentsEducation:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent experienceExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
