This role will create and maintain a board, develop reporting and dashboards, and provide visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, testing activities, and key deliverables.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nMaintain and manage an Azure DevOps (ADO) board to track project status, deliverables, dependencies, risks, testing activities, and overall progress.\nPartner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, document processes, translate business needs into actionable work items, and support project delivery.\nAssist in managing intake and prioritization activities, partnering with stakeholders to assess business needs, define scope, identify dependencies, and align work with program priorities and delivery timelines.\nCoordinate project activities across multiple teams, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, estimates, and testing efforts.\nFacilitate quarterly planning sessions and roadmap reviews to align priorities, identify dependencies, support capacity planning, and forecast delivery timelines.\nDevelop and maintain project reporting, dashboards, and management updates, leveraging reporting tools to provide leadership visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, testing status, and key performance indicators.\nSupport continuous improvement and program execution by enhancing processes, reporting, communication, and delivery effectiveness.\n\nWhat You Will Need:\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBusiness Analyst experience, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder management.\nExperience managing a cross-functional intake and prioritization process.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional projects or programs.\nHands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and project tracking tools.\nExperience with Power BI, reporting, and dashboard development.\nExperience facilitating quarterly planning and roadmap review discussions.\nExperience with executive reporting, forecasting, and capacity planning.\nStrong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with Jira or similar project management platforms.\nExperience in financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated environments.\nFamiliarity with BSA/AML programs and processes.\n\nThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.\n\nSalary range: $72,000 – $120,000\n\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
