We're building something — and we're looking for leaders who want to grow with us. The District Manager (DM) serves as the senior regional leader for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Region, responsible for the performance, operations, compliance, training execution, and culture across four or more retail dispensary locations. This role oversees General Managers at each location, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic goals. The DM is the primary driver of training delivery, people development, and operational consistency across the district — translating corporate programs into effective execution at the store level.What You'll DoExecutes direction and team expectations for the district retail operations teamDirectly manages four or more General Managers and provides indirect leadership to their store teamsProvides regular guidance, training, development, and on-the-spot feedback for direct reportsResponsible for the overall satisfaction, safety, and security of customers and employees across the districtExecutes plans to drive labor productivity while delivering best-in-class customer serviceAdministers programs provided by the retail operations team; reports on key district metrics using data to drive sound business decisionsOversees inventory management practices and ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained across all locationsTroubleshoots aspects of store technology across the district to ensure operations are functioning properlyCoordinates and implements visual merchandising standards to drive sales and product recognitionUtilizes conflict resolution to support GMs in handling customer complaints, returns, and escalationsMonitors regular inventory audits and investigates discrepancies across the districtReviews cash reconciliation reporting daily across all locationsMaximizes overall district productivity by overseeing all procedures and processes to ensure effective complianceWhat We're Looking For8+ years of progressive retail leadership, including 3+ years of multi-unit management experienceProven ability to coach and develop leaders at multiple levelsExcellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsStrong problem-solving, negotiating, and critical judgment skillsComfortable with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reportingComfortable with frequent travel across district locations; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays100% in-office commitment across locations — this is not a remote roleHigh level of integrity, personal motivation, adaptability, and sense of urgencyCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive informationMust report to work sober at all timesAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 200 lbs with assistance), with or without reasonable accommodationBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptedMust pass a pre-employment criminal background checkMinimum 21 years of ageCompensation & BenefitsAnnual salary of $100,000 plus bonusMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) — free to all employees50% employee discount on smokable cannabis productsEmployee Discount Program — exclusive savings from top national retailersPaid Sick Leave (PSL) and Personal Time Off (PTO)Paid float holidays: New Year's Day, 4/20, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and ChristmasWhy MN Cannabis ServicesYou'll lead with autonomy while being part of a collaborative network of professionals shaping the future of cannabis in Minnesota.
