Digital Strategic Planning, Delivery & Performance ConsultantThe Digital Strategic Planning, Delivery & Performance team is responsible for digital planning, project management and delivery for key initiatives, vendor support/partnership, and digital operations. The Strategic Planning & Delivery Consultant will report to the Principal Delivery Project Manager with a dotted line to the Senior Director. In this role you will be responsible for supporting planning and monitoring activities directly or on behalf of the Planning, Delivery team or Senior Director for key operational and strategic initiatives. You will assist in aggregating monthly and quarterly reporting for the Enterprise Portfolio Value Office and Marketing and Strategy Strategic Planning and Performance Team. We are looking for leaders that are energized by creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, getting results the right way, and fostering continuous learning.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Be responsible for planning and implementation of moderately complex projects as assignedBe responsible for supporting annual and quarterly strategic and operational planning activitiesAssist drivers, planners, and financial partners to obtain estimates to support business planning and forecasting, benefits, and ongoing costsAssist drivers and planners in obtaining initial estimates for annual planning or for new initiatives. Oversee and partner with delivery project managers to update business cases and as part of the annual and quarterly cycleAssist in tracking progress against goals including metrics and performance tracking in coordination with project managers and driversFacilitate collaboration within the team, build and maintain key stakeholder relationships. Assist leadership in development of presentations and talking points for presentations and meetingsAggregate strategic plans and planning materials; budgeting artifacts; presentations and speaking points for leaders; goal/metrics dashboards and performance tracking outputsResponsible for recommending moderate to significant improvements of processes, reporting, and toolsQualificationsIn this role, you will need:A bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAt least 7 years of prior relevant experience in delivery of digital transformation, technology-driven initiatives, or relatedExpertise in PlanView, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar project management toolsAgile Product Management and/or Information technology/technical backgroundAgile, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC delivery experienceSAFe Scrum Master Certification strongly preferredSAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification strongly preferredPMP and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification strongly preferredExecutive level communications and ability to synthesize and communicate informationHybridThis role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.
