You will curate a 5-star welcome experience for customers and ensure that our Compass office standards are maintained. You will support our customers with our tools and programs, assist with marketing requests, and more. As an AEC you are passionate about your customers, delivering a world-class experience, and partnering with the rest of the agent experience team when support is needed.\nAt Compass You Will:\nServe as the face of the office by welcoming guests, answering the office phone line, managing mail distribution, providing first-line support for office-related needs; responsible for the overall appearance and organization of the office, maintaining supply inventory, and escalating facilities issues.\nSupport the adoption of Compass technology and adjacent services by providing customers with 1:1 support\nProvide basic marketing support by answering questions, creating collateral from templates, and being the liaison to marketing advisors for more complex requests\nWork collaboratively with other team members and departments to address questions and receive feedback on behalf of agents\nAnswer basic questions and troubleshoot issues related to technology/devices, printers, conference room hardware, enterprise systems, etc.\nProvide ad-hoc administrative assistance as needed, such as sales meeting preparation, data entry, and office-wide communications\nBe a culture carrier who inspires and empowers those around you with a positive and constructive approach.\nSupport with office event organization, setup, and tear down.\nWhat We're Looking For:\n1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations\nPrevious experience in real estate a plus\nPrevious experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) a plus\nGreat listening skills, connects well with others, and is empathetic of the customer’s pain points\nA passion for creating community within a space; you encourage in-office interaction, bonding and engagement\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to adapt and formulate solutions quickly\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nMeticulous attention to detail, highly organized\nAbility to work in the office during standard operating hours\nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs\nPerks that You Need to Know About:\nParticipation in our incentive programs (which may include eligible cash, equity, or commissions).
