We are looking for experienced assistants with proven experience managing and tracking a high volume of cases and ensuring deadlines and court dates are met. They also draft, finalize, and assemble notices and communicate case status to clients, with additional duties based on experience.Accountable forProfessionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counselPrepare documents for filing in both state and federal courtsSupport our attorneys in all phases of litigationAssist in drafting pleadings and complaintsManage and calendar court deadlinesPropound and respond to discoveryMaintain organized case filesTyping 40wpmQualificationsAt least three years of experience as a Legal Assistant focused on employment litigation.
