You'll report to the Director of Operations and act as the link between our engineers, our clients, and leadership.\n\nThis is not a sales role and it's not account management. You won't carry a quota or own client relationships commercially. What you'll own is execution: the schedules, the resourcing, the follow-through, and the practical legwork that gets projects done efficiently.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nProject Management\nRun the full lifecycle of technical and internal projects: scoping, planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.\nBuild project schedules and milestones that hold up, and adjust them as priorities move.\nCoordinate technical resources across teams. Balance workloads and keep engineers unblocked.\nSpot risks and dependencies early. Resolve them before they turn into problems.\nTrack project health and scope, and report status clearly to stakeholders and leadership.\nMSP/MSSP Service Delivery\nSupport service delivery across managed clients so SLAs and quality standards stay met.\nTranslate client needs into scheduled, actionable work for the technical teams.\nHelp run client onboarding and offboarding as clean, well-documented projects.\nWork with the security and infrastructure teams to deliver MSSP engagements on time.\nOperational Coordination\nHandle the groundwork that moves projects forward. Call local contractors, ISPs, and more to build a recommendation shortlist. Gather vendor quotes. Confirm lead times. Strongly preferred.\nFamiliarity with SLAs, client commitments, and escalation processes.\nWillingness to do the legwork yourself. Sourcing vendors, gathering quotes, and making the calls should feel normal, not beneath you.\nProject Management Skills\nSolid grasp of project management methodologies and the sense to pick the right one.\nStrong scheduling, resource planning, and dependency management.\nComfortable in project management and ticketing tools. ConnectWise, Autotask, Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar.\nAble to hold scope, timelines, and risk across a group of stakeholders.\nTechnical Foundation\nA working understanding of IT infrastructure: networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, and security basics.\nEnough technical fluency to talk to engineers as equals, follow the work, and push back on an estimate that doesn't add up.
