Join us in shaping the future of art innovation and making a real impact in our industry.In This RoleLead, coach, and develop a team of Art Development Specialists and a Coordinator, while also managing programsSpearhead the planning and execution of art projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standardsImplement best practices for goal management, reporting, and tracking within the art development lifecycleTake charge of critical Art Development projects and deliverables, overseeing their successful completionEffectively utilize and support the project management tool (Monday.com) to streamline workflows and enhance team collaborationIdentify and assign tasks necessary for the successful execution of art programs, ensuring clear responsibilities and accountabilityTrack program deliverables, milestones, and action items to keep projects on track and within scopeAnalyze data to derive insights, assess existing processes, and contribute to strategic decision-makingTranslate business needs into actionable strategies and present recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levelsBuild internal and stakeholder presentation materials to communicate project progress and outcomes effectivelyProvide support for additional projects and initiatives as required by managementDomestic travel: up to 6 trips per year, to support project needs and team collaborationUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team Other tasks as defined by ManagementThe Ideal PersonBachelor's degree in Art, Business Administration, or a related field4+ years of prior people management experience required6+ years' experience in managing complex projects and critical cross-functional projects/programs in a Program Manager roleDemonstrated ability to lead by example and building positive and collaborative working relationships to influence business decisionsExperience working with project planning tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com, PowerBI)Passion for project management, strategy, and program managementGoal orientated, independent thinker, self-starter, and collaborative team player who is able to prioritize, manage and execute various projects simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with wall art a plusBenefitsOur employees are the heart of our company, their professional and personal well-being in and out of the office is what we care about the most.
