This position requires extreme attention to detail, as even small errors can cause machine crashes or production issues. The role combines technical accuracy with productivity — ensuring code is created quickly and correctly while preparing subsequent work orders during server processing.\r\nESSENTIALS WE'RE LOOKING FOR\r\nStrong ability to interpret technical/shop drawings.\r\nDemonstrated precision and accuracy in technical work.\r\nFamiliarity with CNC machine programming and processes.\r\nAbility to follow structured SOPs with consistency.\r\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\r\nExperience with CAD or CAM software (Cabinet Vision, Innergy, AlphaCAM, Mastercam).\r\nExposure to cabinetry, woodworking, or automated machining environments.\r\nAssociates degree or technical training in drafting, CNC programming, or related field.\r\nwage\r\n$25-35 per hour + Full Benefits Package\r\nthe boring stuff\r\nReports To : General Manager\r\nEducation/Work Experience : High-school, AA, BA/BS, MA/MS, Ph.D., first-time employee, seasoned expert, entrepreneur?
