This individual develops and maintains enterprise-level system documentation, analyzes relationships between systems and business capabilities, supports cloud modernization initiatives, develops technology standards, evaluates integration approaches, and provides strategic recommendations that improve mission delivery. Ultimately, the Lead Systems Analyst will be responsible for achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction. Preference for candidates living in the DC Metro area.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis and data flows, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on moderately complex problems that require an appropriate level of knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.\nApply principles, methods and knowledge of the functional area of capability to specific task order requirements, advanced mathematical principles and methods to exceptionally difficult and narrowly defined technical problems in engineering and other scientific applications to arrive at automated solutions.\nAssist other senior consultants with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture, cloud strategy and modernization planning, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications protocols, risk management/electronic analysis, software lifecycle management, software development methodologies, and modeling and simulation.\nAnalyze current and future-state environments and advise leadership on modernization opportunities and technical risks.\nSupport business capability mapping and technology investment alignment.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n\nBachelor’s Degree in information technology or business field.\n5+ years of experience in systems analysis, integration, data architecture, governance or IT strategy with Federal Government systems.\nExperience with cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and modernization initiatives.\nComfortable developing diagrams, roadmaps, inventories, and technical documentation.\nAble to communicate with executives and technical teams.\nUS Citizenship\nRecently completed federal government investigation (< 2 years) at a public trust or higher level\n\nAbout Chainbridge Solutions\nEntrusted since 2010, Chainbridge Solutions is an award-winning small business specializing in mission-critical systems that strengthen National Security operations, modernize Personnel Security infrastructure, and support the federal workforce responsible for defending our nation.
