(Benefits vary by vendor and assignment).Key Responsibilities:Lead project planning, study startup, execution, monitoring, and closeout activitiesManage study timelines, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and reportingCoordinate cross-functional teams including investigators, research associates, coordinators, and operational staffSupport IRB submissions, amendments, continuing reviews, and regulatory documentationServe as the primary liaison between sponsors, research teams, investigators, and healthcare stakeholdersPrepare executive presentations, study updates, project reports, and sponsor communicationsMonitor project risks, issue resolution, and protocol adherenceSupport large-scale observational, epidemiologic, outcomes, and population health studiesEnsure studies remain compliant with human subjects protection requirements and institutional policiesKey Requirements and Technology Experience: 5 + years of Project Management experience supporting research studies or research programsExperience managing:Epidemiology ResearchOutcomes ResearchObservational StudiesHealth Services ResearchPopulation Health ResearchExperience overseeing multi-stakeholder projects and study operationsExperience managing project budgets and timelinesWorking knowledge of IRB processes and human subjects research requirementsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.MPH, MSPH, PhD, DrPH, or related advanced degreePMP Certification or equivalent project management credentialExperience supporting Vaccine Effectiveness or Vaccine Research studiesExperience with REDCap or research database systemsExperience supporting NIH, CDC, or federally funded research programsExperience within academic medical centers, universities, public health organizations, healthcare research institutes, or integrated research environmentsOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
