Senior Compensation Associate
Our client is a leading firm in Manhattan looking to hire a Senior Compensation professional. This role sits on-site M-F.Support the annual salary and bonus planning cycle by providing data and documentation that supports the budget recommendation; assist in the development of salary increase guidelines; and, perform the annual setup task in the human resource systemComply and analyze compensation survey data to determine the organization’s pay status relevant to the marketResponsible for equity compensationSupport the Recruitment team and HR Business Partners with market job pricing and compensation-related inquiriesRespond to internal ad-hoc requests related to compensationProvide reporting (writing, maintaining & supporting) and information delivery related to metrics and compensation data, as requestedParticipate in compensation development/training activitiesRequired Skills5+ years of Compensation experienceFinancial Services expereince is strongly preferred Bachelor's Degree requiredExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Carry experience is a huge plusThe annual base salary range is $140k to $180k with a total compensation between $200-300k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
