They are expanding their capabilities to leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence to enhance security measures and deliver transformative products.The Role Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI initiatives across multiple concurrent tracks, managing workstreams, timelines, budgets, and dependencies. Serve as the primary point of coordination, translating complex AI concepts into business impact for stakeholders, technical/AI teams, and vendors. Define and track project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting tailored to AI/LLM project nuances (e.g., model evaluation cycles, prompt iteration, data readiness, compliance review). Facilitate governance, steering committee updates, and executive readouts on AI program progress and risk, driving alignment across cross-functional teams. Proactively identify and mitigate risks specific to AI initiatives, including model performance, data privacy, third-party authentication, and change management. Manage vendor and third-party relationships crucial for AI tooling and platforms.What You'll Need Direct, hands-on experience managing a project built around a Large Language Model (LLM) within the last 1-2 years, with ability to articulate use case, architecture, and outcomes. Demonstrated ownership of AI-specific project delivery, including model integration, prompt/workflow design coordination, and AI vendor/tooling management. Minimum 10–12 years of overall Project Management experience, with a track record of managing automation-focused programs. Executive-level communication and articulation skills, proven in managing critical, senior, and challenging stakeholders. Structured, process-driven approach, comfortable with formal PM methodology (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid) in an enterprise setting.
