{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"03a7bb5cc6fc2d780e28657d","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/03a7bb5cc6fc2d780e28657d","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/03a7bb5cc6fc2d780e28657d","title":"Branch Manager","description":"*Additional Benefits:*\n\n* Company vehicle\n* Continuing education benefits\n* Profit sharing\n* Opportunities for advancement\n\nFamily owned and operated pest control company celebrating our 96th year in business seeking a Branch Manager with a minimum of 2 years of pest control and management experience.\n\n*General Purpose:*\n\nPest control management, strategic planning, cost control, overall direction of branch operation utilizing company systems, procedures and protocols.\n\n*Position Responsibilities:*\n\n* Work closely with team to define and implement company policy, direction and decisions\n* Lead by example, maintain and communicate company core values, vision and culture\n* Immediately identify, communicate and aid in resolution of potential concerns, threats or key issues\n* Provide initial training and continued coaching and direction for direct oversight of employees\n* Assist with trouble calls and resolve escalated customer situations including pricing and communication\n* Direct oversight of pest control customer service to ensure proper communication and scheduling of technicians\n* Perform other related duties, as needed, to ensure success of branch/company\n* Conduct training sessions/ensure proper licensing\n* Perform interior and exterior inspections and services for pest control\n* Provide estimates for full solutions\n* Use required personal protection and safety equipment\n* Be knowledgeable and follow all State regulations and safety procedures\n* Submit all paperwork, documentation and customer payments on time, completely and accurately\n* Have an expert knowledge of pest control techniques, chemicals and supplies\n* Be knowledgeable regarding services, programs, policies, warranties and pricing\n* Utilize opportunities to sell additional company products and services to existing clients and to recognize potential sales leads\n* Have proper licensing (Field Representative Br II and III and either possess or be able to obtain a California DPR qualified applicator's license with categories A and B and Rules and Regulations within 12 months of hire\n\n*Essential Skills and Experience:*\n\n* Communication: Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing\n* Customer Service: Strong internal and exterior customer service skills\n* Management: Excellent time, project and people management skills\n* Basic computer, email and word processing skills\n* Ability to work in a team-based environment with good judgment and decision-making ability\n* Successful pest control management experience (2 year minimum)\n* High school diploma or equivalent\n* Pest control licensing and continued training facilitator\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nPay: $80,000.00 -
