You will closely collaborate with the Solutions Development Architect to ensure that our Managed Cloud Services are at the forefront of industry standards in terms of performance, scalability, security, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include building and deploying cloud solutions, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, automating processes for improved efficiency, monitoring and optimizing cloud service performance, and seamlessly integrating these services into our existing systems.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\nCollaborate with the Cloud Service Architect to develop and implement cutting-edge Managed Cloud Services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.\nUtilize your technical expertise to craft and deploy cloud solutions on platforms like Azure, AWS, and M365, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and compliance.\nDevelop and deploy cloud services using best practices and coding standards.\nDiagnose and resolve technical challenges and troubleshoot issues as they arise during development and deployment, ensuring seamless service delivery.\nAutomate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency.\nMonitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and availability of cloud services.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services into existing systems.\nDocument code, processes, and configurations.\n\nWhat you bring to the table:\n\n5+ years of combined IT Infrastructure, cloud (Azure/AWS), and workplace (Microsoft 365) experience.\nProven experience in cloud service development and deployment.\nProficiency with either Python or PowerShell (extra points for both).\nIn-depth knowledge of cloud services: Application integration, functions, Cloud Databases, data warehouse and analytics, Machine Learning, Developer Tools, Security, and identity management.\nStrong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (example: Terraform / Azure RM/Bicep, CloudFormation)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to understand and address customer needs.\nStrong organization skills and attention to detail.\nSelf-interest in maintaining updated knowledge with technology (industry) best practices.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nPositive attitude with creative thinking.\nRelevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Engineer, Azure Administrator).\nExperience with project management methodologies is a plus.\nNice to have - Managed Service operations/ITIL experience.\n\nCompensation:\n\nA reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in:\nTexas and Chicago is 101,600 to 127,000 annually.\nDenver is 96,520 to 120,650 annually.\nActual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification.
