Experience with micrometers and calipers.\nAble to follow verbal and written instructions\nCommitment to continuous improvement, and health & safety\nSALARY:\nThe pay scale for this position is $20.50 - $22.46. If you are hired, your base pay rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.\nEQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:\nPrevious experience operating Fork Lift / Side Loader / Overhead Crane experience a plus – Must pass evaluation before working independently.\nExperience using computers.\nExperience with cutting and banding equipment a plus.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nAbility to spend 80% of the day standing.\nAbility to bend, stoop, push and pull.\nAbility to climb into and out of side loaders and fork trucks.\nAbility to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.\nAbility to lift 50 lbs (22.7kg) maximum occasionally with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs (11.3kg).\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
