As a Lead Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing young minds and preparing children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age for academic success through our Life Essentials curriculum. Responsibilities: Implement the Life Essentials curriculum to create engaging and educational classroom experiences. Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational approach. Conduct assessments and track student progress to tailor teaching methods accordingly. Maintain a clean and replenished classroom. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and milestones. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Requirements Qualification's: Previous experience in a childcare setting, preferably in a daycare or private school environment. Proficiency in curriculum development and implementation. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices.
