As the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members, you will create a warm and welcoming environment while providing exceptional service and support.\r\nResponsibilities Provide basic facility information such as brochures and informational packets to persons requesting about the community and its programs\r\nGreet visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Screens and requires all visitors to sign in at reception desk.\r\nNotifies residents or department heads when visitors are present. Instruct visitors according to individual instructions.\r\nPerform clerical duties as assigned.\r\nHandle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette,\r\nSchedule tours/visits tour prospective residents\r\nShift weekend 9am-5:30pm\r\nQualifications Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills\r\nProfessional, positive, and dependable demeanor\r\nStrong communication and organizational abilities\r\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment\r\nReceptionist, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred\r\nA genuine passion for working with and serving seniors\r\n$14 - $14 an hour\r\nWhy Join Spring Oak Spring Oak offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and a supportive work environment.
