Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Full Stack developer (Java / React/Azure)Location: Remote/Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Full stack Integration Engineer to help build the next generation of video, audio, and image capture experiences for our digital reporting platform. In this role, you'll design and implement backend services that integrate with Azure OpenAI and Azure Speech, securely handle media in the cloud, and power intelligent, real time data extraction for our users.You'll work closely with product, frontend, and cloud teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant AI features in a modern Java/Azure environment.What You'll DoBuild and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices that handle video, audio, and image uploads.Integrate with Azure OpenAI and Azure Speech for transcription, text to speech, and data extraction.Design secure storage and retrieval of media using Azure Blob Storage and related services.Optimize performance, latency, and reliability for real time and batch AI workflows.Collaborate with frontend engineers on capture/playback APIs and workflows.Work with cloud, security, and governance teams to meet compliance and data protection requirements.What We're Looking For(must have)5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot backend development.5years with React front endExperience in Node.JS, RESTful API, and cloud computing (Azure or AWS) are a mustHands on experience with Azure , including storage and containerized services.Practical experience integrating AI/ML or LLM services (e.g., OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, speech, vision).Strong understanding of secure API design and access control.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional engineering team and own solutions end to end.Effective communicator to various teams including developers, Client, product managers, and QAsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop efficient workflows and integrationsProficiency in Jira, Confluence, and GitHub and experience with GitHub source controlA methodical and detail-oriented mindset that uses logical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesNice to HaveExperience working with media files (audio/video/images) and related APIs.Experience with WebSockets or streaming audio.Familiarity with Terraform or other infrastructure as code tools.Experience in regulated or highly secure environments ."All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran."
