Job Title: Field Service Mechanic Department: ShopReports to: Fleet Manager Effective Date: 07/14/2025Job Summary:The Field Service Mechanic is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery at various on-site locations for our fleet and heavy equipment.Duties/Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs to prevent equipment failuresTroubleshoot and spot potential issuesManage inventoryProvide accurate estimates for repair or maintenance jobWork independently or as part of a teamCommunicate effectively with peers and management.Travel to different job sites to conduct repairs and maintenanceOther duties as required not listed above Skills/Abilities:Welding experience preferredClass A CDL preferredExcellent organization skills and attention to detailSelf-disciplined and self-drivenExcellent time management skillsAbility to prioritize tasksAbility to work safely and efficientlyPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
