The role ensures cohorts, events, communications, schedules, and learning materials are organized and delivered accurately and executed on time.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCoordinate end-to-end logistics for cohort-based, virtual, in-person, and hybrid programs.\n\nManage participant rosters, registrations, calendars, invitations, attendance, completions and related program activity.\n\nCoordinate participant, manager, facilitator, and vendor communications.\n\nPrepare and distribute agendas, materials, pre-work, assessments, and follow-up resources.\n\nSchedule sessions, facilitators, meeting spaces, technology, and other delivery requirements.\n\nProvide day-of program support and resolve routine participant or facilitator issues.\n\nMaintain accurate program files, checklists, templates, and delivery records.\n\nMonitor timelines and elevate scheduling conflicts, delivery risks, and participant concerns.\n\nPartner with the Learning Operations and Insights Consultant to maintain accurate enrollment, attendance, and completion data.\n\nRecommend improvements to program workflows, communications, and participant experiences.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree and 1 plus year(s) of work-related experience OR\n\nHS/GED and 5 plus years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree\n\nA relevant master’s degree can be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree and one year of experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nTwo or more years of experience coordinating programs, events, projects, or employee-facing initiatives.\n\nExperience supporting learning and development, talent management, human resources, or enterprise-wide programs is preferred.\n\nExperience coordinating programs, events, projects, or employee-facing initiatives.\n\nStrong organizational, communication, coordination, and follow-through skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.\n\nExperience in learning and development, talent management, or HR is preferred.\n\nMobility Classification - Hybrid\nHybrid\n\nTravel Requirements\n15-25%\n\nRelocation Assistance Provided (as applicable)\nNo\n\nRepresented/Union Position\nNo\n\nVisa Sponsored Position\nNo. This is not a Visa Sponsored Position.
