form\nResponsibility 2:\n· Participate in SMED and TPM events and apply concepts in daily activities\n· Complete assigned worked orders\n· Conduct technical safety training (LOTO, Stop 5, Top Safety)\n· Write / update LOTO instructions\n· Perform technical safety audits\n· Write / update PM/CM work instructions\n· Lead 8D / issue technical bulletin after significant downtime events\n· Coaching / mentoring of new skilled trades team members\n· Basic Fanuc / ABB robot: touch up points, re-master, PMs, change motors/cables\n· Assist Process Engineers with the process specifications and during trials\n· Able to manage projects: define scope, get quotes, purchase parts, schedule implementation, provide documentation and training\n· Proficient in: Weld adjustments / Weld quality basics / Helium leak test troubleshooting / Hydraulics + schematics / Carriage and swivel troubleshooting / Safety relays and light curtains / Mechanical prints / Electrical troubleshooting + electrical schematics + electrical safety / Drive troubleshooting / Basic BMM controls + function: TSMB, doubles, high speed singles / Grinder safety controls / PM + CM of central services / Siemens S7 connect and troubleshoot as needed\nResponsibility 3:\n· Full understanding of the LOTO concepts, and its application\n· Method, devices, and instructions used to lockout/tagout machinery\n· Choice of appropriate level of LOTO (when we have to apply complete LOTO, or partial LOTO or “door locked” only)\n· Able to perform risk analysis before LOTO and work performed inside machines\n· Ability to train and coach other technicians on LOTO and safe work practices\n· Responsible to advise when standard work instructions are not covering a necessary specific activity\n· Responsible to check the correct application of LOTO, in line with procedures\nResponsibility 4:\n· Authority and responsibility to stop production when a quality or safety issue arises\n· Work requires walking, talking, seeing, hearing, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching, pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing\n· Must be able to lift up to 33lbs on a regular basis\n· Work requires
