In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of transforming creative concepts into tangible textile prototypes, ensuring that each pattern aligns perfectly with design specifications and manufacturing standards. Your expertise will drive the development of high-quality fabric patterns and prototypes that set new standards in textile innovation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the creation of cutting-edge textile designs while collaborating closely with engineers, the sewing manager, and production teams to bring complex drawings to life.\nThis position is a specialized technical role requiring expertise in advanced pattern engineering, precision sewing techniques, and industrial production methods.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience creating patterns for complex products, leading sewing teams, and training others on new patterns and production processes.
