This role is instrumental in providing an extraordinary experience for all guests by delivering consistent exceptional customer service. This is the first smile you see walking in the door and the last face you see on the way out.\r\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\r\nThe responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.\r\nEnsuring all members receive a high level of customer service throughout their visit.\r\nWorking with studio management to complete all daily studio tasks and projects efficiently.\r\nTaking ownership of the club operations acting as manager on duty including opening, closing and staff management.\r\nAssist with training and coaching of new hires for all front and back of house team members.\r\nPossessing a high degree of knowledge of all products and services offered at Studios Three.\r\nEducating club members and guests on all Studio Three services and amenities available to them.\r\nCultivating an inclusive and fun environment that strengthens the S3 Family and community.\r\nEnsuring all areas of the club including studios, locker rooms and common areas are clean and organized.\r\nWorking within the company guidelines to ensure all departments are on brand and align with Studio Three's aesthetic.\r\nCarrying out first timer & new member on-boarding processes.\r\nPartnering with the Studio Three instructors and providing support as needed to ensure a successful class check-in process.\r\nMaintaining a positive attitude and taking initiative.\r\nREQUIREMENTS:\r\n-Must be able to stand for long durations of time.\r\n-Must have a current CPR Certification\r\n-Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs.\r\nAS A MEMBER OF THE STUDIO THREE TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:\r\n-We offer competitive salary, benefits, and industry leading commission and growth opportunities for Studio Three employees.\r\n-Complimentary studio membership.\r\n-Perks, discounts and incentives with our retail, products and partnerships across all of our studios.\r\nStudio Three is an equal opportunity employer.
