We are seeking a motivated Engineering Manager to join our team and support daily operations while meeting customer and regulatory requirements.\nPosition Summary\nThe Engineering Manager leads Product Engineering at TASE Global, translating program requirements into executable engineering plans. This role drives the development of new products and continuous improvement of existing products, ensuring designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, competitive, and compliant with AS9100 and aerospace quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and allocate engineering resources to meet cost, schedule, and production requirements\nDirect product design, development, and engineering change control activities\nEnsure designs comply with AS9100, quality system requirements, and manufacturing best practices\nCoordinate engineers, drafters, and application engineers across assigned programs\nPartner with Product Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing\nSupport vendor qualification and technical issue resolution\nOversee project schedules and risk mitigation efforts\nPerform or direct engineering calculations and technical analysis\nDrive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives\nSupport product liability defense activities as required\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred)\n5+ years of engineering leadership experience in an industrial or aerospace manufacturing environment\nStrong experience with structural aluminum design\nWorking knowledge of AS9100 and controlled design environments\nProficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office tools\nStrong communication and organizational skills\nOther Duties\nPlease note this job description is not intended to limit additional responsibilities or duties.
